Job summary

COTE in Las Vegas is seeking Line Cooks to prep, cook, and plate dishes under the direction of the CDC and Sous Chefs, ensuring the highest quality meals and strict sanitation. You will work with the Back of House team to support service and guest happiness.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of similar experience, familiarity with Korean cuisine, and a Culinary Arts degree is preferred; Nevada pay ranges between $23 and $27 per hour, with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Must read, speak and follow English directions and communicate by email/phone.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented mentality; able to work under pressure.
• Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain as required.
• Able to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up stations with mise en place before service.
• Prepare menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team.
• Follow allergy protocols and CDC guidelines.
• Maintain clean, sanitized stations and inventory.
• Label, stock and restock ingredients as needed.
• Assist other stations and accommodate management requests.
• Train new employees as assigned.
• Ensure timely, high-quality dishes.
