Job summary

Guest Services is seeking a Line Cook to join the Florida kitchen team, supporting daily production, preparation, and presentation of all items in a safe, sanitary environment. You will follow recipes and supervisor instructions to ensure consistent quality.

The role requires at least one year of culinary knowledge and a Food Safety certification, with emphasis on teamwork and strong customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• At least one year of culinary knowledge.
• Food Safety certified and strong sanitation habits.
• Strong customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, daily menus, and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain and rotate all food items to ensure food quality; date and label all food items and practice FIFO.
• Clean and inspect kitchen equipment, appliances, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Operate food station, including station checklist, temperature log, and signage.
• Requisition food supplies and equipment based on future needs estimates.
• Monitor menus and spending to ensure meals are prepared economically.
• Be knowledgeable of all stations and plate presentations.

Education
