Job summary

Salted in Anaheim is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook food items to Salted standards, ensuring quality and consistency for every plate.

This role requires basic culinary skills, the ability to stand for long periods, and at least 6 months of kitchen experience. We offer a supportive team, PM shifts, and a benefits package including health coverage and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of kitchen experience.
• Solid foundation in culinary skills, knife work, prep, and cooking on a flat-top.
• Ability to maintain sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Hourly Rate:$19- $23hr

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Line Cook Requirements

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience.
