Job summary

BB’s Tex-Orleans in Porter, Texas is hiring a Line Cook or Prep Cook to plate dishes and handle basic food prep. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, follow recipes, and ensure timely cooking while keeping areas clean and well stocked.

Responsibilities include setting up stations, chopping vegetables, cutting meat, sauces, and stocking supplies, while following the kitchen manager’s instructions and health standards. Overtime and full/part-time options available.

A Line Cook, or Prep Cook,plates dishes and completes basic food prepping tasks for BB’s. The Cooks main duties include preparing and cooking food in a specific station, cooking food on time, and following our recipes. Cooks will keep the kitchen clean and well stocked. Cooks must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be on time with everything they do!
