Job summary

Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant is seeking a Line Cook & Dishwasher to join a fast-paced kitchen in Cedar Park, TX. The role offers 15.00 to 20.00 USD per hour with flexible schedules and opportunities to advance into management.

You'll maintain kitchen cleanliness, execute recipes, and support opening/closing procedures while contributing to a team-focused, high-energy environment. Must be 18+, able to obtain a food handler certification, and thrive under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High energy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented with good organizational skills.
• Must be able to obtain a food handler certification.
• Experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Execute recipes of plates and food preparation provided by Lupe Tortilla.
• Maintain workspace restocking area as needed.
• Clean and sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, silverware and glassware throughout the shift.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
