Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant is hiring a Line Cook / Dishwasher in Irving, TX. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining kitchen cleanliness, executing recipes, and supporting a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Execute recipes of plates and food preparation as provided by Lupe Tortilla.
• Maintain workspace restocking area as needed.
• Clean and sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, silverware and glassware throughout the shift.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
