Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises, Inc. is seeking talented cooks for our back-of-house team in a fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare menu items from our recipe manual, ensure plate presentation, and maintain food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume kitchen and accurate recipe execution.
• Ability to read recipes and food labels.
• Must complete food safety certification per Florida statutes.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to Flanigan’s recipe manual and plate presentation.
• Maintain product rotation and par levels to keep kitchen steady.
• Assist with prep work and stocking stations.
• Keep kitchen area clean and orderly; break down stations at closing.
• Communicate ticket times and flow of food from kitchen to guests.
