Job summary

Cinépolis USA in Dallas-based luxury cinemas is seeking Kitchen Staff to ensure high-quality menu items are prepared quickly and safely. You will follow established recipes, work in a fast-paced environment, and uphold sanitation standards while providing excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience; culinary training preferred.
• Dishwashing, prep/cook and expediting experience encouraged.
• ServSafe training certification preferred or provided by Cinépolis.

Responsibilities

• Show passion by preparing menu items accurately and promptly when ordered.
• Follow POS orders only and maintain integrity in preparation.
• Accommodate special requests with management approval to enhance guest experience.
• Prepare dishes per recipes to maintain quality and consistency.
• Cook items in coordination with kitchen staff to ensure timely, high-quality output.
• Remake items as instructed by supervisor/manager.
• Adhere to Food Handlers Safety guidelines and maintain safe temperatures and proper labeling.
• Keep dishes and work area clean; restock as needed.
• Maintain inventory awareness and communicate with supervisor/manager.
• Work safely and hydrate; use cutting gloves as required.
