Job summary

Cinépolis USA, a luxury cinema exhibitor, seeks kitchen team members to prepare menu items and cook with the team in our theater setting. You will follow recipes, maintain quality, and remake items as directed by supervisors to ensure a fast, consistent guest experience.

Responsibilities include food safety, proper labeling, waste tracking, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked work area in a high-volume environment. Prior kitchen experience and ServSafe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of professional kitchen experience; culinary training preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred or to be completed prior to line work.
• Proficiency in kitchen operations and safe food handling.
• Ability to follow recipes, measure ingredients, and maintain quality.
• Good communication with supervisors and team in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes to maintain quality and consistency.
• Cook items with the kitchen staff so food comes out timely and correctly.
• Remake items as directed by a supervisor or manager.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines, proper labeling, and dating of items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization; manage waste and inventory as needed.
