Job summary

F1 Arcade USA seeks a Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will prepare and plate dishes to brand standards, manage prep, stock rotation, and assist with daily operations to keep service smooth.

You’ll work closely with chefs and front-of-house, maintain hygiene and safety, and contribute to a positive kitchen culture. 1–2 years in a high-volume setting a plus; ServSafe is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong foundation in cooking techniques, food preparation, and presentation.
• Team collaboration and clear communication in a fast-paced setting.
• Follow portioning, prep guidelines, and ensure cost control.

Responsibilities

• Culinary Execution & Quality: prepare and cook dishes to brand standards with attention to taste, presentation, and timing during service.
• Kitchen Operations & Workflow: stay organized during prep and service, follow station responsibilities, and communicate with the team.
• Team Collaboration & Growth: work with team members in a supportive environment, be dependable and coachable.
• Inventory & Waste Management: assist with receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and maintaining organized storage.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: follow all safety procedures and keep station clean and compliant.
• Operational Support: assist with prep lists, labeling, and equipment care to keep the kitchen service-ready.
• Consistency & Teamwork: maintain attention to detail and contribute to a high-performing kitchen.
