Qualifications

• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation and restocking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all aspects of the line area and food items.
• Provide a positive, consistent leadership role model to hourly staff.
• Use check lists to ensure proper setup and close down of each shift.
• Follow all company specifications and procedures to ensure perfect food.
