Responsibilities

• Set up station before the start of the rush, ensuring enough product in the line at all times.
• Indicate to preparation cooks when items in the line are running low so they can restock as needed.
• Assemble dishes as requested by front-of-house through POS, following portion and presentation specs.
• Coordinate with line cooks and kitchen supervisor to ensure timely food readiness.
• Keep work station and equipment clean at end of shift and perform assigned cleaning tasks.
