Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand basic English to communicate with hotel associates and read menus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and garnish dishes according to AFP Management specifications.
• Check and restock food items and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of cooking areas and equipment.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report hazards to supervision.
• Secure the kitchen and ensure proper storage of products at end of shift.
