Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and organize workstation at the start of shift.
• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure proper plate presentation and garnishes for each order.
• Maintain food storage temperatures and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Clean and sanitize workstation during and after shifts
• Operate kitchen equipment safely; report repairs as needed.
• Assist with food production to meet serving hours and quality goals.
