Job summary

Won't Stop Hospitality is seeking a Line Cook to contribute to high-quality, consistent menu items in a fast-paced kitchen. You will follow recipes, prep ingredients, and maintain strict sanitation standards in a collaborative BoH environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate attention to detail, basic knife skills, teamwork, and reliability. The role requires local restaurant experience and a willingness to work during fluctuating shifts in a kitchen setting.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic food handling and sanitation knowledge required.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluently in the property's language.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or Shift Lead.
• Wash, chop, measure, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and portion standards.
• Label, date, and properly store all prepared food items to ensure freshness.
• Follow company recipes and procedures with zero compromise on quality or safety.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized prep area and assist with dishwashing or line support.
• Ensure proper rotation of stock (FIFO) to minimize waste.
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries in an organized manner.
• Work collaboratively with BoH team for timely prep and shift transitions.
• Practice 'clean as you go' and complete closing duties.
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and labeling policies.
• Other kitchen-related duties as assigned.
