• Ability to read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for frying, sautéing, and grilling.
• Season, cook, and plate entrees to standard; ensure quality and timing.
• Assist chefs with meat cutting and kitchen prep as needed.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and sanitation; monitor safety.
• Coordinate with broiler cooks and food runners for service readiness.
• Follow company policies and health protocols; keep work area clean.
• Close stations at end of shift and support closing duties.
