Job summary

Laurel Circle Retirement LLC is seeking a Line Cook to support main and satellite kitchens. You will be essential in maintaining Mis En Place, following kitchen policies, and producing assigned dishes daily.

The role requires 1-2 years of experience and basic culinary training, with emphasis on food safety, temperature recording, and collaboration with front-of-house and Home Office teams.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Culinary training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with front and back of house team to meet quality, presentation and portion controls standards.
• Adhere to HACCP, labeling and storage protocols and all relevant food service regulations.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a culture of safety.
• Maintain documentation of temperature charts and records.
• Maintain open communication with all departments and Home Office support to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Participate in planning and production meetings with the team.
