Job summary

Lexima is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team, preparing ingredients, cooking and presenting dishes to specification, and maintaining a clean workstation.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of line cook experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with basic math skills. Effective communication with the team and adherence to safety procedures are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing and chopping vegetables and meat.
• Cook and present dishes according to menu specifications, including following recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and utensils and maintaining inventory levels.
• Communicate effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and management.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
