Job summary

Laurel Circle is seeking a Line Cook to support our main and satellite kitchens in a senior living community. You will adhere to food sanitation guidelines, manage mise en place, and execute daily recipes while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, with culinary training considered a plus and the ability to work 11:00am–7:30pm, including some weekends. Competitive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED required.
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar position desired.
• Culinary training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with front and back of house to meet quality and portion standards.
• Follow HACCP, labeling and storage protocols for foods.
• Maintain temperature records and safety practices.
• Attend training and participate in team meetings.
