Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down work stations with required ingredients and equipment.
• Pleases customers by providing a pleasant dining experience.
• Prepare and cook meals following recipes and plating guides.
• Adhere to food safety and HACCP logs and rotate items properly.
• Attend to detail and presentation of each order.
• Place and expedite orders.
• Prepare ingredients, slice, chop, and season. Plate meals.
• Cook hot dishes via grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and pizza oven.
• Attend to cleaning of work spaces and service items.
• Ensure all food and beverages meet Terramor quality standards and comply with codes.
• Promote the restaurant by knowing all menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Follow cleaning programs and maintain Terramor health standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
