Qualifications

• Must have valid food handler’s certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Read tickets and follow recipes to deliver consistent dishes.
• Prepare dishes across stations and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Maintain par levels, rotate stock, and assist with storage organization.
• Communicate with FOH to ensure timely and accurate guest orders.
• Uphold company policies and safety guidelines throughout shifts.
