Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively with guests and teammates.
• Detect and address safety issues and follow safety guidelines.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stock inventory, restock as needed.
• Stand/walk for extended periods in a hot/cold kitchen.
• Rearrange seating by moving tables/chairs as required.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (ovens, grills, knives).
• Maintain a neat, organized workspace and clean surfaces.
