Job summary

A local coffee shop in Addison, Texas is seeking an experienced Line Cook to execute fast-casual menu items in a high-volume environment. Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a line cook or prep cook in a high volume or fast casual restaurant.
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Accuracy and speed in executing menu items (under 8 minute ticket times).
• Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Food Handler’s certificate.

Responsibilities
