Qualifications

• Current food handler’s certification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within a high-volume environment
• Able to work various shift times, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes to meet guest preferences, following recipes and tickets
• Maintain communication with the front-of-house team to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Adhere to hygiene, cleanliness, and health code standards
• Assist in setup and breakdown, manage waste and stock levels
• Train junior staff and lead by example in upholding standards
