Peachtree Group in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to prepare food to exact chef specifications and set up stations for the menu. You will assist the executive and sous chefs with daily tasks to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Duties include stocking and setting up food items, slicing and chopping, cooking using grilling, frying and sautéing, maintaining sanitation, cleaning surfaces, and performing inventory checks.

• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
• Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.

Job description
