Essential duties include kitchen experience, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, frying chicken, making salads and sandwiches, working in a fast‑paced environment, tracking multiple orders, assisting with stocking and setting up kitchen stations, food prep, openness to coaching, plating prepared foods using Starbird guidelines, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, grasping for extended periods, lifting and carrying supplies up to 30 lbs, moving and operating in confined work area, tolerating temperature changes, and covering evening and morning shifts along with weekend shifts.

• Must be able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbs; place items on high and low shelves in office, store rooms, service areas and walk‑in coolers.
• Must also be able to tolerate temperature changes in kitchen and refrigerated areas.
• Evening and morning shifts available. Weekend shifts are a must.
