Job summary

Starbird is hiring a kitchen team member to support daily food prep, plating, and service in a fast-paced environment. You will keep stations stocked, assist with ordering, and ensure meals are prepared to Starbird guidelines. This is a tipped position with growth opportunities and a strong learning culture.

Evening and morning shifts are available, and weekend work is required. The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and adhering to safety and quality standards in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, reach, lift for extended periods.
• Evening and morning shifts; weekend shifts required.
• Plating and prep following Starbird guidelines.

Responsibilities

Essentials Of The Job

• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, reach, lift, grasp for extended periods of time. Must have sufficient mobility to move and operate in confined work area.
• Must be able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbs; place items on high and low shelves in office, store rooms, service areas and walk-in coolers.
• Must also be able to tolerate temperature changes in kitchen and refrigerated areas.
• Evening and morning shifts available. Weekend shifts are a must.
