Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a professional line cook for its property in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on executing high-quality dishes with strong culinary fundamentals and strong teamwork in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

The position requires standing for long periods and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; prior hotel kitchen experience is preferred.

Competenze

2 years of previous line experience preferred.
Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
Able to work single station in the kitchen.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Flexible schedule, based on business levels (weekends & holidays)

Mansioni

Work as a line cook in a single kitchen station.
Prepare and cook menu items according to Hyatt standards.
Assist with staging, plating and portion control.
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety regulations.
