Role Description

The Line Cook PM role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. The individual in this role prepares and cooks menu items for dinner service, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. Daily tasks include setting up and breaking down the line, ensuring proper food storage and rotation, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. The Line Cook PM collaborates with the culinary team to support special events, accommodates dietary needs where appropriate, and adheres to food safety and sanitation standards. This role may also assist with inventory, receiving deliveries, and supporting other kitchen functions as needed.
