Rewarding Experience Includes:
To ensure proper service from the front line through quality control, training of line cooks, and maintaining sanitation standards.
Education/Formal Training: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a related role.
Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of cooking practices and kitchen procedures, ability to perform analytical tasks.
This role involves lifting up to 70 lbs, periodic climbing, bending, full mobility, standing for extended periods, and working in varied temperatures (-10°F in freezer, over 100°F on the line). Must be able to hear timers and communicate effectively, understand instructions, and follow safety protocols.
