Hershey Social Restaurant + Bar in downtown Hershey is seeking a Part-Time Team Member to join the opening team. Located near Cocoa and Chocolate Avenue, the venue offers bold flavors, signature cocktails, and indulgent desserts inspired by Hershey's chocolate roots.

Prepare dishes to spec, maintain stations, follow recipes, and support the kitchen across multiple stations. You’ll work with the team during peak periods while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Average to above knife skills.
• Ability to follow and troubleshoot recipes with little difficulty.
• Ability to efficiently set up and maintain a workstation.
• Ability to demonstrate outlet style through food preparation.
• Assist Chef with maintaining inventory levels.
• Handle prep work across 2-3 stations with minimal assistance.
• Adhere to Pennsylvania health & safety and ServSafe guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and execute dishes to exacting standards on assigned stations (pantry, saute, broil, fry, dessert).
• Maintain ownership of assigned station, keep it clean, organized and stocked.
• Follow standardized recipes and plating guidelines for consistency.
• Work with kitchen team to ensure smooth service during high volume.
• Communicate with line cooks, prep staff and expeditor for timely tickets.
• Monitor quality and presentation; ensure only dishes meeting standards are served.
• Adhere to health, safety, sanitation guidelines and proper food handling/storage.
• Learn and maintain allergy information for all menu items.
• Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as needed.
