Job summary

The Chocolatier Restaurant, Bar + Patio at Hersheypark is hiring a Full-Time Kitchen Team Member. The role focuses on preparing food in a clean, safe environment and supporting chefs in managing back-of-house staff in a year-round operation in Hershey, PA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related Food & Beverage experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Post-Employment - ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food products ensuring quality, portioning, plating, garnishing, and service standards.
• Assist in training cooking staff on key requirements including order processing and safety.
• Monitor food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
• Perform daily line checks and quality testing to uphold recipe standards.
• Provide menu support with creation of new dishes to enhance guest experience.
• Assist with ordering, inventory, waste reduction, and shelf-life controls.
• Collaborate with Front of House to ensure teamwork and high quality products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
