The Springs Living – The Springs at The Waterfront in Vancouver, WA – seeks an experienced Line Cook to join our team providing 5-star service for independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents. • Prior experience with line cooking, emphasis in fine dining.
• Passion for quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Team oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to pass a drug test and withstand a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Execute Executive Chef's menus with consistency.
• Follow prep guides and recipes to ensure quality.
• Present meals attractively and punctual for residents.
• Prepare meals per sanitation policies and portion controls.
• Address resident food/ service concerns promptly.
• Store food correctly and maintain storage guidelines.
• Clean kitchen areas after meals and perform cleaning tasks.
