Qualifikationen

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items if needed.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Streets of New York recipes and quality standards.
• Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies.
• Ensure timely preparation of all food.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation in compliance with health and safety rules.
• Assist in food inventory management and report shortages to the kitchen manager.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service.
• Maintain equipment and utensils, ensuring proper cleaning and storage.
• Follow sanitation and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with menu item development and special promotions as needed.
• Handle heavy lifting, such as 50-lb bags of flour and moving boxes of various items.
