Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sets up, services, and cleans up assigned food production stations.
• Proficient knowledge of grill, sauté, fry, steamer, prep, and pantry.
• Prepares food items according to standard recipes to ensure consistency.
• Responds to customer requests and special needs.
• Maintains sanitation and personal hygiene standards.
• Reports equipment repairs to supervisor.
• Correctly prepares all food served following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Apportions food for serving.
• Keeps work area neat and clean; cleans and maintains equipment.
