Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items.
• Prepare high-quality meals according to company recipes.
• Store excess food at correct temperatures to avoid spoilage.
• Ensure portions and presentation meet company standards.
• Monitor inventory par levels and report needs to Sous Chefs.
• Keep cooking utensils clean before use.
• Clean and sterilize preparation areas.
• Assist other cooks to ensure timely orders.
• Prepare special orders and accommodate food allergies.
