Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a Cook II for Marriott Tacoma - 51 - Restaurant to support advanced food preparation and station execution on busy service days.

You will execute high-standard cooking techniques, manage your assigned station, and help maintain kitchen efficiency, cleanliness, and presentation across all meals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary training preferred.
• 2-4 years of culinary or kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food preparation methods.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and food presentation standards.
