Responsibilities

• Execute menu items consistently while following recipes and specifications.
• Maintain exceptional food hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ensure the station is prepared and organized ahead of service.
• Collaborate with Sous Chefs and kitchen team for seamless service.
• Monitor product quality and report concerns to kitchen management.
• Assist with stock rotation, storage, and waste management.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performance kitchen culture.
