Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global is recruiting for Line Cooks to join our new concept, Lucky Cat Steak - Miami, a high-end Asian-inspired steakhouse located in South of Fifth. You will work across Robata, Grill, Wok, and Tempura, delivering dishes of the highest quality in a fast-paced luxury setting.

We seek passionate culinary professionals with a strong sense of food safety and teamwork. Training is provided for Asian cuisine, with opportunities to grow within a globally-inspired program.

Qualifications

• Experience in upscale or fine dining kitchens.
• Knowledge of Asian cuisine is highly desirable; training provided.
• Experience across Robata, Grill, Wok, Tempura sections.
• Strong passion for food and hospitality.
• Excellent organization and communication.

Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global are now recruiting for Line Cooks to join our new concept & restaurant Opening - Lucky Cat Steak - Miami.

Lucky Cat Steak is an Asian-inspired steakhouse created specifically for Miami and located South of Fifth, bringing together a globally sourced steak program, open-flame robata cooking, and bold Japanese and Korean flavors.

The menu draws on the DNA of the original Lucky Cat in London’s Mayfair while taking on a distinctly Miami identity, with USDA Prime Dry-Aged, Texas Akaushi, A5 Miyazaki and Australian Blackmore.

The 152-seat space pairs a moody, high-energy dining room with a late-night lounge designed to capture the energy of Miami.

We are looking for passionate culinary professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy luxury setting and take pride in producing dishes of the highest quality and consistency.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Execute menu items consistently while adhering to Gordon Ramsay Restaurants recipes and specifications.
• Work across specialized kitchen sections including Robata, Grill, Wok, and Tempura, maintaining precision, consistency, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Maintain exceptional food hygiene, health & safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Ensure your section is fully prepared and organized ahead of service.
• Work closely with Sous Chefs and fellow kitchen team members to deliver seamless service.
• Monitor product quality and report any concerns to kitchen management.
• Assist with stock rotation, storage, and waste management to maximize efficiency.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performance kitchen culture.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Line Cook, Commis Chef, Demi Chef de Partie, or Chef de Partie in a premium, upscale, luxury, or fine dining kitchen.
• Previous experience or knowledge of Asian cuisine is highly desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided
• Previous experience across Grill, Robata, Grill, Wok, and Tempura sections.
• A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and culinary excellence.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience within Michelin-starred, luxury hotel, celebrity chef, or high-volume premium dining environments is highly desirable.
