Job summary

The Sunny is opening Julene, a refined American kitchen at the The Sunny Hotel in Sunny Isles Beach. The Line Cook will support outlet chefs across stations and help uphold outlet standards.

You will translate recipes into dishes, maintain quality, and communicate effectively with a diverse team. Requires 18+, two years cooking in a full‑service environment, and a polished appearance with strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• At least two years of cooking experience in a full-service restaurant or similar environment.
• Ability to translate recipes into dishes.
• Compatible knife skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain & maintain knowledge of company and department rules and procedures.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support outlet kitchen chefs and assist with kitchen staff.
• Work on multiple stations within the kitchen and ensure quality of food to outlet standards.
