The Sunny is opening Julene, a refined American kitchen at the The Sunny Hotel in Sunny Isles Beach. The Line Cook will support outlet chefs across stations and help uphold outlet standards.

You will translate recipes into dishes, maintain quality, and communicate effectively with a diverse team. Requires 18+, two years cooking in a full‑service environment, and a polished appearance with strong customer service skills.

The Sunny is a new oceanfront hotel in Sunny Isles Beach, marking the transformation of the historic Newport Beachside Hotel into a modern beachfront destination. The 340-room property blends thoughtful design with a strong food and beverage program, multiple dining concepts, and a series of lively social spaces designed for both guests and the local community.

Family-owned for three generations, the property builds on decades of hospitality on one of South Florida’s most storied beachfront sites. Job Description

The Cook will be responsible for supporting the outlet kitchen chefs and assisting with supporting kitchen staff. The role will work on multiple stations within the kitchen and ensure the preparation and quality of food are to outlet standards.
