Qualifications

• No prior kitchen experience required; we will train you.
• Certifications in SafeServe, allergy compliance, and harassment prevention are required and covered during training.
• Ability to learn recipes and menu items for station in detail.

Responsibilities

• Rice preparation and seasoning to standard for each service.
• Takeout assembly and packing accuracy.
• Follow recipes and SOPs on every item and shift.
• Assist with all station prep and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Support other stations during rushes and ensure food safety.
