Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Expertly cut, slice, and fillet different types of fish.
• Inspect quality of fruits, vegetables, and fish; inform Executive Chef if sub-standard.
• Prepare various sushi dishes following guidelines on quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean work environment to prevent contamination.
• Take regular inventory of food supplies and resources.
• Report kitchen equipment issues to the manager on duty.
• Sterilise utensils and equipment before use.
• Coordinate with wait staff to meet special requests and allergies.
