Qualifications

• Kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability and willingness to eventually learn all stations on the line.
• Understands and can operate the POS system.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and quality per standards.
• Accurately portion orders to control food cost.
• Work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; follow safety procedures.
