Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is opening The Dellshire in Wisconsin Dells and is seeking a Cook to join our Culinary team. You will assist the Chef in producing food for kitchen prep, cafeteria, banquet, dining room and fine dining, while maintaining production levels and a clean, safe work area.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of professional kitchen experience, active food handler’s certification, ability to lift 50 pounds, and flexibility to work day/night and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chef in production and fabrication of food for kitchen prep, cafeteria, banquet, dining room and fine dining.
• Maintain consistent production levels and a sanitized, orderly kitchen environment.
• Prepare ingredients, follow recipes, minimize food waste, and work with the culinary team to execute menus.
