Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is opening Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin and seeks a motivated Line Cook to join its Culinary team. The role focuses on supporting chefs in food production, maintaining a clean, organized kitchen, and ensuring quality ingredients for various service outlets.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in professional kitchens, are able to work day/night and weekend shifts, and hold a food handler certification or can obtain one.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous experience in a professional kitchen
• Active Food handler’s certification or the ability to get it
• Willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to be on your feet for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge and skills in cooking procedures (grill, sauté, fry)
• Experience using knives and various kitchen equipment
• Prepare ingredients and maintain a sanitized, orderly kitchen
• Assist in production and fabrication of food products for kitchen preparation and dining services
• Collaborate with the culinary leadership to create menus reflecting seasonal availability and concept
