Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells is hiring a Line Cook for the seasonal pool and family entertainment center kitchen. You will prepare and cook a variety of menu items, maintain high standards, and help ensure a fast-paced, guest-focused dining experience.

The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work during weekends and holidays in a pre-opening, growth-oriented environment. Competitive pay and employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training or certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of cooking experience in a fast-paced or high-volume kitchen; resort, pool, or amusement-style operation preferred.
• Knowledge of grill, fryer, and short-order cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items such as sandwiches, burgers, flatbreads, snacks, and other menu offerings according to Dellshire Resort recipes and standards.
• Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and speed in all food orders to support high guest volume.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen areas, and equipment.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures, including labeling, dating, and proper storage of ingredients.
