Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following recipes.
• Follow standard cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen practices.
• Cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other equipment.
• Portion products, follow recipes, ensure attractive plate presentation.
• Maintain a clean workstation and adhere to sanitation standards.
