Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen or fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following recipes to produce consistent results.
• Know and comply with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices.
• Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.
• Portion all products, follow recipes, and ensure plate presentation looks beautiful.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow all sanitation standards.
