Job summary

North Italia in Las Vegas is seeking Line Cooks for a part-time role with room to grow. Earn $18.00–$21.50 per hour and work in a fast-paced kitchen crafting authentic Italian dishes.

Interviews occur Monday-Thursday from 2pm-4pm. Benefits include health, dental and vision after 25 hours/week, paid time off after 25 hours/week, free shift meals, a 35% discount for guests, and GED/Associate degree program support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of cooking experience preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Italian dishes from scratch following recipes.
• Maintain standard cooking methods, quality, and kitchen practices.
• Cook meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, etc.
• Portion products, follow recipes, ensure attractive plate presentation.
• Keep workstation clean and comply with sanitation standards.
